Terms & Conditions for Night Rides LLC

Welcome to Night Rides LLC! By accessing or using our website, booking a ride, or engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.

1. General Information

Night Rides LLC provides party bus rentals and transportation services in Dubuque, Iowa, and surrounding areas. These terms govern the use of our website and services.

By booking with us, you agree that you are at least 18 years of age and authorized to make the reservation on behalf of all passengers in your group.

2. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings require a deposit to confirm your reservation.

  • Remaining balances must be paid prior to or at the start of service.

  • Accepted forms of payment include credit/debit card, cash, or approved online payment systems.

  • Quotes are subject to change until confirmed in writing.

Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of service without refund.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made within [insert timeframe, e.g., 72 hours] of the scheduled service.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in full charges.

If we must cancel due to weather, mechanical issues, or safety concerns, we will offer a full refund or reschedule.

4. Conduct & Safety

All passengers must follow driver instructions at all times. The following is strictly prohibited:

  • Smoking, vaping, or illegal substance use inside the vehicle

  • Standing while the vehicle is moving

  • Damage or excessive mess caused by passengers

  • Underage drinking

The driver reserves the right to end a trip early or refuse service if safety or behavior becomes an issue. Any damages will be billed to the responsible party.

5. Alcohol Policy

Passengers 21 and over may bring alcohol on board (where permitted by law). Night Rides LLC is not responsible for alcohol consumption, loss, or injury related to alcohol use.

Proof of age may be required.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide safe, reliable transportation, Night Rides LLC is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or uncontrollable events

  • Lost or stolen personal items

  • Any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Service Area

We proudly serve Dubuque, Iowa, and surrounding areas including Madison, Chicago, Cedar Rapids, and Davenport for airport and event transportation. Availability may vary based on scheduling and travel distance.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
