Refund & Cancellation Policy – Night Rides LLC

At Night Rides LLC, we understand that plans can change. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for all bookings. Please read carefully before confirming your reservation.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

There is a $50.00 non-refundable service fee applied to all bookings.

• Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance of the scheduled event may receive a full refund, minus the $50.00 non-refundable service fee from the deposit.

• Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled event will forfeit the deposit in full.

All cancellation requests must be submitted directly to Night Rides LLC by phone or email.

Important Notes

• Deposits secure your reservation and ensure vehicle availability for your date.

• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or policy violations (including misconduct, damage, or unsafe behavior).

• In the rare event that Night Rides LLC must cancel due to mechanical issues, weather, or safety concerns, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
